MOVING THE CAPITAL CITY OF INDONESIA DISCOURSE

JAKARTA (05/08/2010) – Discourse of moving the capital city of Indonesia from Jakarta to Palangkaraya is a strong issue following the increasing pressures of life in Jakarta. POWER OF ATTORNEY

By the law, if someone can not implement his own legal action because of some conditions – for example due to illness – then the other person can represent the legal interests of that person through the provision of power. Authorization for this kind of essentially give power to someone else to represent the interests of our legal action – Power of Attorney. According to Article 1792 Civil Code, Power of Attorney is:
